Returns Made Simple

We believe returns shouldn't be stressful. Life happens — sizes don't fit, colours look different in person, or you simply changed your mind. Unlike many online stores that bury their return policies in legal jargon, we want ours to be crystal clear. Here's our complete, transparent policy explained in plain language.

Return Window

You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return for any reason. No questions asked. The product should be unused, with original tags and packaging intact. We count from the delivery date shown in your tracking, not the order date. If your order was delivered on March 5th, you have until March 20th to initiate a return. Simple.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Step 1: Log into your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Step 2: Click "Return" next to the item you want to send back
  • Step 3: Select your reason (this helps us improve our products, but we accept all reasons — even "I just don't want it anymore")
  • Step 4: Choose your preference: Refund to original payment method OR Store credit (with a bonus 10% added)
  • Step 5: Schedule a pickup date and time slot — our logistics partner collects from your doorstep. No need to package or courier anything yourself.

The entire process takes under 2 minutes. If you face any difficulty, our WhatsApp support team can initiate the return on your behalf — just send your order number and we'll handle the rest.

Exchange vs Return

Exchange: Want a different size or colour of the same product? Select "Exchange" instead of "Return." We ship the replacement within 48 hours of receiving your return. Exchange shipping is always free, regardless of order value. This is the fastest option if you love the product but got the wrong variant.

Return + Refund: Don't want the product at all? Refund is processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Inspection typically takes 24 hours — we're checking that the product is unused and tags are intact, not looking for reasons to reject your return.

Refund Methods and Timelines

Once we approve your refund, here's how long it takes to reach you:

UPI/Wallet (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm): 24–48 hours
Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days (this depends on your bank's processing time, not ours)
Net Banking: 5–10 business days
Store Credit: Instant — plus a 10% bonus. A ₹1,000 return gets you ₹1,100 in store credit, valid for 12 months on any product.

We send you a confirmation email and SMS at every stage: return received, inspection complete, refund initiated, and refund credited. No guesswork.

What Can't Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories are final sale:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (sealed packaging must not be opened)
  • Earrings and nose pins (piercing jewellery) — for hygiene compliance
  • Personalised or custom-made items (monogrammed, engraved, or made-to-order)
  • Items explicitly marked "Non-returnable" on the product page (always flagged before checkout)
  • Gift cards and digital products

These exclusions are clearly marked on every product page before you purchase. We never surprise you with non-returnable status after the sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

Received a damaged or defective product? Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement immediately — no need to wait for the return to reach us first. In cases of clear damage, we process the replacement the same day. If the product is out of stock, we issue a full refund immediately with an additional ₹100 store credit as an apology for the inconvenience.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return a product bought on sale or with a coupon? Yes. All products — full price, sale, or coupon-discounted — follow the same 15-day return policy. Your refund will reflect the amount you actually paid, not the MRP.

What if I lost the packaging? We strongly prefer original packaging for returns, but we won't reject a return solely because of packaging. Repack the item safely and we'll handle the rest.

Can I return part of a multi-item order? Absolutely. Each item in an order can be returned independently. Keep what you love, return what you don't.
